[Akira] Hello! First order of business, Nevet hopes everyone had a great Thanksgiving and it's my bad that I didn't get it posted up earlier. In other news that we should get to quickly is we have some new members. Treayn and NeoHatake have left OWS for the bT crew and "HiT N RuN" has come in from our CSS Deathmatch server (provided by RobxStone). We are doing great and we now have the resources to make this absolutely great!

Our paypal and bank account are up and running so if you have any money to spare (even $5) please send it in! With about 4 people sending $5 I can get a webserver which will make the TF2 server alot better with custom maps going onto a fast-download server. Plus with a webserver we will get rid of the banner ontop of the website, we can get better forums, etc etc etc. So I ask you, even $5 is helpful and I know that won't kill anyone. Right now we have $25.52 altogether but we need to have enough to pay off the servers, which is $45.40! So please send in anything you can!

At this point we have approximately 44 members! You can view our member list here to see who has joined up so far. We have a good list of people and I hope it can only become better, but remember that we look for quality over quantity. If you have a new person interested in joining, be sure they are fit for this place!

I forgot to put up a section the other day, but it is up now. May I introduce the Flash section and it's triumphant return! I warn you that the few files in there can be quite loud, so be careful!

We will hold a community meeting, no clue when as of now. I will post a date and time in the forums and on the top of this front page, so keep your eyes open. With that I end this post and hope everyone has a good weekend.

[Akira] Hello everyone... And welcome to the 4th anniversary of Blue Turret! Four years long and here we still are... Thanks to lots of people who have kept up the gaming, the help and of course the fun. Of course I must thank Homer for keeping Blue Turret going while I was off in OWS. Now we have new brothers and sisters, in what Schmitt is calling Blue Turret 2.0, to share our laughs and our memories. Welcome everyone new and old, and for this event I present to you the old files that have all at one time laughed to:

These files are what we have come up with after 4 years. You can believe we are not done making our fun and we hope our newest additions will continue with what we have made to further add to the memories and good times within Blue Turret. Funny conversation in vent? Record it. Got a good idea for a video? Go for it. We used to make videos hardcore but then we all just stopped doing them, and it would be great to get back into that and have those laughs again.

This wouldn't be Blue Turret unless I do what I do for every holiday... a funny picture for the holiday... So I present to you, our thanksgiving picture of glory. With it, I wish you a happy thanksgiving and hope we can all get fat and have a great day gaming!

[Akira] Oops, forgot to post up. At midnight I am going to unlock the site and put up a news post with some of the more popular video's and audio from the old days. We will always take more vids and the audio usually comes randomly from Ventrilo. Keep your eyes open and come back around midnight. I was going to make changes and make it all look better, but I can't remember how to hardcode anymore lol.

[Akira] Another day of news, another day of updates. 2 more days til we re-release the old chaos back to the world. Before that though, what can we all do? I'm glad you asked, now allow me to answer.

You can always play on our new Left 4 Dead server, WHAT!? Yes... We purchased one because we knew we needed one right here and now, problem is we can't seem to get it setup quite correctly so the public isn't joining it as it should be (least not that I can see). It's setup as versus and open to the public, so please enjoy it. I ask though, PLEASE stick to the 2 versus campaigns, otherwise you break the server and it sets it to co-op with versus... Which means that the infected can't get on buildings and it just throws the game completely off. But it is there, it is at the top of this page and it needs to be filled... by you. Oh I went there.

So that's great, but how will we afford it all? Wait what's with the two new buttons to the side!? The first is for our gaming host, Game Servers. Anytime you click on that button and buy a server, we get credit on the Blue Turret account. But why would you? Well Robxstone wants a CSS Deathmatch server, and with him saying we refered him, we get credit, and we get a Deathmatch server that Rob supplies us with. His server with our name basically. This will of course be added to the top of the page.

Now what's this other button? Oh son that's a paypal... A paypal to the Blue Turret account. And it needs your monies. Your monies means servers, cash prizes, etc. Your money means expanding. Expanding not only for me, not for people on here you may not know... not for your friends... but for you and all the rest of us. Hell even $5 makes an impact, so c'mon, you know you wanna. It's like paying for sex, just without the sex... Less you feel alittle lonely and want an overweight white kid in your bed... Even if just for a night... No? Damn it.

[Akira] The paypal is all working as Schmitt just notified me. We will get the info up so you can easily donate what you are willing. Remember all money put in is for you and the community, in a way you will be helping yourself. The money will be used for servers (gaming and website) mostly but may later be used (if we have a high surplus) for rewards for events. Not 100% on that, it's just an idea but we could hold tournaments for a small cash prize.

I just realized a small flaw, but I have a way around it. On thursday all the videos (approved by their original creators) will be linked and ready on the website. Now that is great, but YouTube will be hosting a select few videos as well. These videos will be on YouTube a day early, so if you are subscribed to "BlueTurretCommunity" on YouTube, you will get a few videos earlier then everyone else. Along side videos will be audio and a few flash animations created during the first generation of Blue Turret. That's all for me, i'll let Schmitt tell you about the paypal.
